With a year-round Garden Terrace, flagship Aman Spa and spacious suites all among the largest in the city.The 18-month Management Development Program ‘Ignite’ is designed to cultivate the future leaders of Aman Group. The highly customized, fast-track program blends work experience and leadership development opportunities to prepare trainees for an Assistant Manager position at the end of the program. The program journey begins with a 1-month period of immersion across all areas such as operations, finance, HR, and sales. The Management Trainee will gain an insight into the various aspects of the business, gaining an overview of what it takes to effectively manage an ultra-luxury property. They will then focus on Rooms specialization, progressively assuming increased responsibilities, refining their expertise and accelerating their growth. They will have the opportunity to take the lead on exciting projects and fine tune their business acumen.
