Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, helpdesk, or online support preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication, tone, grammar, and clarity matter.
• Familiarity with online platforms, mobile devices, browsers, and basic tech troubleshooting.
• Excellent typing and ability to multitask across multiple applications with accuracy.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Interest in sports betting and major U.S. sports is a major plus.
• Active Gaming Control Board Licenses preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver real-time, empathetic support via chat, email, and phone.
