Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Saviynt IGA Team Lead to drive the VA's transition to Saviynt Identity Cloud and to orchestrate the ongoing integration of VA applications.

You will own the technical roadmap, lead the base Saviynt IGA development team, and serve as the primary technical contact for Saviynt architecture, migration decisions, and cross‑platform integrations with CyberArk, Entra ID, and AWS IAM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with IGA/IAM tools such as Saviynt or SaaS IGA platforms.
• 2+ years in a lead or architect role with IGA/IAM tools.
• Experience leading an IGA migration with a documented cutover or coexistence strategy.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, access certification, and RBAC at scale.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Suitability determination per client requirements.
• Saviynt certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and connector/workflow architecture for Saviynt Identity Cloud.
• Lead migration sequencing from legacy APDS to Saviynt and define coexistence strategy.
• Lead the Saviynt IGA development team and scale to a larger modernization program.
• Own cross-platform integration architecture between Saviynt, CyberArk, Entra ID, and AWS IAM.
• Serve as escalation point for Tier 3 IGA incidents and perform root-cause analyses.
• Mentor Saviynt IGA Developers and coordinate with PAM/SSO leads on shared workflows.
• Leverage AI to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Automate tasks and develop scalable working methods.
