Job summary

Stryker Group seeks an IGA Principal Engineer to design and operate enterprise identity governance across the organization. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable identity architecture, standards, and controls.

You will build and maintain IGA platforms, automate provisioning, and implement secure authentication spanning SSO, MFA, and modern protocols. Eastern/Central time zones preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or cybersecurity.
• 8+ years in IT or cybersecurity with 5+ years in IGA/IAM environments.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra ID Governance; AD and Entra ID exposure.
• Experience with identity lifecycle, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, and access governance.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM; API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and optimize enterprise IGA platforms and related auth services.
• Engineer identity lifecycle workflows and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Implement access requests, recertification campaigns, RBAC, and DoD controls.
• Configure identity data quality, reconciliation, and authoritative sources.
• Implement SSO, MFA, federation, and risk-based auth.
• Develop PowerShell, Graph, REST API, and SCIM automations for onboarding apps.
• Produce identity reporting, audits, and compliance evidence for SOX/HIPAA/ISO/NIST.
• Troubleshoot IGA issues and maintain governance documentation.
