Qualifications

• Requires completion of four years of college, preferably with coursework in business or public administration.
• Requires one year of responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization, or completion of an agency approved professional management training program.
• Specialized skills include one year of experience in contract processing and monitoring procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Under direction, serves as a sourcing specialist for IGAs.
• Processes Anticipation of Litigation procurements in coordination with the Office of Legal Services.
• Provides technical assistance on intergovernmental and litigation procurements.
• Coordinates compliance, documentation, and reporting for intergovernmental and litigation procurement activity.
• Performs other duties as required within the scope of duties.
