Job summary

ATALNT is seeking an experienced IGA Integration, Data & Enclave Engineer (MID) to design and implement identity, data, and system integrations across complex enterprise environments in the DMV area. This largely onsite role focuses on source- and target-system integrations, identity transformations, correlation, reconciliation, migration, and cross-domain exchanges.

The ideal candidate has strong SailPoint IAM/IGA experience, enterprise directories, APIs, and data transformation skills, and can

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ICAM or directly relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience designing and implementing IAM, IGA, identity-data, or security-platform integrations.
• Experience with data transformation, correlation, reconciliation, migration, APIs, or enterprise directories.
• Experience supporting segmented networks, enclaves, controlled data exchange, or classified environments.
• Strong experience with identity integration and enterprise directory technologies.
• Must be able to support normal operating hours, core hours, and after-hours/on-call support when required.
• Must be local to the DMV area.
• Must be able to work primarily onsite.
• Must have an active Top Secret clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain SCI.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations between SailPoint and authoritative sources, directories, applications, HR/ERP systems, and cloud services.
• Implement identity correlation, transformation, reconciliation, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
• Support Active Directory, ADFS, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, REST, JSON, SCIM, and other integration patterns.
• Design and implement approved cross-enclave data exchanges and controlled file-transfer processes.
• Develop data mapping, migration, validation, reconciliation, and rollback plans.
• Support integration, performance, security, parallel-operation, and cutover testing.
• Troubleshoot failed transactions, stale identities, rejected records, and integration defects.
• Document interfaces, data flows, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
• Support identity-data integration across enterprise systems and security platforms.
• Assist with integration troubleshooting, testing, validation, and production cutovers.
• Support segmented networks, enclaves, and controlled data exchange environments.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support when required.
