Job summary

Chubb Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineering Lead role seeks a hands-on engineering leader to design, deliver, and operationalize secure IAM solutions. You will drive the migration of Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint Cloud, establishing onboarding patterns, governance, and data residency considerations for a global enterprise across 50+ countries.

You will blend architecture depth with leadership, collaborating with Information Security, SRE, auditors, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading Identity Governance and Assurance projects.
• Hands-on engineering leadership with strong development and architecture skills.
• Proven record of delivering IGA solutions in global enterprise environments.
• Experience with SOX, data residency, and large-scale identity platform transformations.
• Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Cloud, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery for Identity Governance and Assurance platforms and solutions at scale.
• Drive the migration from Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint Cloud.
• Translate requirements into architecture and implementation approaches for global IGA delivery.
• Design frameworks for application onboarding and integration with SRE teams.
• Establish governance and delivery practices to improve consistency and control.
• Collaborate with auditors, security leaders, and cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across development, deployment, and operations.
• Share patterns with IAM peers and contribute to broader identity strategy.
• Apply AI to improve productivity, quality, and security.
