Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is seeking an IG Robot Operator for the AM shift in Conley, GA. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot IG machinery to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

We offer quarterly bonuses, health benefits starting on day one, and opportunities for growth. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 6am to 6pm with some hours varying by production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.
• Prior manufacturing experience, preferably with automated or robotic equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Glass industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and use a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and quality-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate IG equipment efficiently and safely, following company safety standards.
• Monitor production processes and inspect glass products, adjusting settings for quality.
• Perform operator-level preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Report issues to maintenance and assist in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain inventory of machine parts and materials.
• Handle and move glass for cutting, finishing, and loading.
• Read work orders and determine material or equipment needs.
• Complete required documentation for production, quality, and maintenance.
