Job summary

Trulite is hiring a Production Associate for the insulating line on the first shift in Georgia. The role involves moving glass, labeling, quality inspection, and operating material handling equipment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in a warehouse or production setting, be 18+, with physical endurance for eight-hour shifts and a willingness to work across production areas. Benefits begin day one and a competitive pay rate is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year in a warehouse/manufacturing/production setting.
• Able to read, understand and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Able to read and interpret basic measurements and use a tape measure.
• All production workers to be available in all production areas.
• Flexible schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Overhead crane experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, racks, trucks, or crates for 8+ hours daily.
• Transport materials between positions to speed production.
• Read and attach labels and tags to product.
• Perform quality inspection and operate or move equipment.
• Understand facility layout for proper product flow.
• Rotate through different job functions.
• Inspect product for abnormalities and report issues.
• Use a tape measure to verify product specs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Attend work on time and follow safety policies.

Production Associate - Insulating 1st Shift

Who You Are:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job

Skills You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, highly preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
• Overhead crane experience a plus
