Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik (DWT) in Houston seeks a Business Systems Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain IFS ERP applications. You will translate operational needs into technical solutions, build integrations, and enhance reports and workflows to improve data accuracy and efficiency across the business.

You will work closely with operations and leadership, focusing on scalable, secure ERP solutions and ongoing system optimization to support a growing wind energy services organization.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ years of programming and development experience within the IFS Cloud ERP system.
• Proficiency with PL/SQL, IFS Developer Studio, and IFS Aurena development environment.
• Hands-on experience with IFS integration frameworks such as REST APIs, Middleware and Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications within the IFS ERP system.
• Translate operational needs into technical solutions to support workflows.
• Write and optimize PL/SQL code, create custom events and workflows.
• Build, maintain, and enhance integrations between IFS and external systems via APIs.
• Develop custom Python process automations for data handling via APIs.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and rollout of enhancements.
