Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik AG is seeking a Business Systems Developer in Houston to design, develop, and maintain applications within the IFS ERP environment. You will collaborate with operations and leadership to translate needs into scalable technical solutions, write code, build reports, and drive system improvements.

The role focuses on integrating IFS with external systems, automating processes, and supporting day-to-day ERP operations to ensure efficient workflows and accurate data management.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of programming and development experience within the IFS Cloud ERP system.
• Proficiency with PL/SQL, IFS Developer Studio, and IFS Aurena development environment.
• Hands-on experience with IFS integration frameworks such as REST APIs, Middleware, and Web Services or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining Quick Reports and lobbies.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes, particularly in Supply Chain, Finance, or Field Services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications within the organization's business systems and IFS ERP.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Write code, build reports, configure pages and workflows, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the system.
• Manage daily operations and ongoing improvements of the IFS ERP system and integrations.
