Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking an experienced ERP implementation lead to design and deliver IFS Manufacturing Modules across a full ERP transformation, including Discrete Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order, Configure-to-Order and Shop Floor Reporting.

The role requires hands-on IFS Cloud configuration, testing and training, with travel up to 50% during implementation, and a strong preference for deep manufacturing process knowledge and project leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, training and experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of implementation experience, with 2+ years of hands on experience implementing with IFS Cloud and similar systems.
• Business expertise in Manufacturing processes and related processes: Part Setup to Costing, Plan to Produce, Procure to Pay.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IFS Manufacturing Modules across ERP transformation.
• Apply business process expertise to leading practices in Manufacturing, Inventory, Engineering, PLM, and Maintenance.
• Formulate business and functional requirements to guide solution delivery.
• Oversee IFS Cloud configuration, testing and training programs during ERP initiatives.
• Support change management programs to increase adoption of IFS Cloud.
• Identify project risk and issues with business and site stakeholders; develop mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to development of implementation methodologies, trainings and toolkits.
• Support sales cycles as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Deliver IFS Cloud implementation training for team members.

• Pay or shift range: $116,000 USD to $145,000 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

• Design and deliver IFS Manufacturing Modules (Discrete Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, Shop Floor Reporting, Material and Resource Planning) with leading practices throughout all phases of an ERP transformation
• Apply business process and system expertise to bring forth leading practices in the areas of Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management, and Maintenance
• Hands-on formulation of business and functional requirements to set the direction for corresponding and complimentary solution delivery aligned to business goals
• Oversee and participate in the configuration of IFS Cloud to bring site requirements to life and lead testing and training programs during ERP Transformation initiatives
• Support robust change management programs to increase adoption with the IFS Cloud Solution
• Partner with the business and site to identify project risk and issues
• Work together to collaboratively develop and articulate mitigation strategies
• Participate in the development and deployment of implementation methodologies, trainings and toolkits through internal initiatives
• Support sales cycles as needed as a Subject Matter Expert
• Participate in the development and delivery of IFS Cloud implementation training for team members

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required
• Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details
• Exhibit appropriate ethical knowledge, sense of urgency and commitment to quality, and the timely completion of projects
• Ability to multi task across many different projects and stakeholders both internal and external
• Ability to travel (up to 50% during implementation)

Requirements

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of implementation experience, with 2+ years of hands on experience implementing with IFS Cloud, in addition to similar systems (such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor)
• Business expertise in Manufacturing processes as well as having strong knowledge of other business processes: Part Setup to Costing, Plan to Produce, Procure to Pay
