Job summary

Arcwide, the largest IFS Partner, seeks a Functional Consultant to implement and optimise IFS Cloud Service & Maintenance for mid-to-large organisations worldwide. You will help transform service operations, asset lifecycles, and field service delivery while applying best practices to deliver value for customers.

You will lead solution design, conduct workshops, guide testing, and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• US or Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with IFS Cloud in a consulting role.
• Experience implementing or supporting IFS Service & Maintenance, FSM, or EAM.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, and scope definition within the Service & Maintenance stream.
• Conduct customer workshops, training sessions, and solution demonstrations.
• Guide testing activities, user acceptance testing, and Go Live preparation.
• Mentor junior consultants and project team members.
