Job summary

Planet Group is seeking an IFS Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day administration, security, monitoring, and support of the IFS Cloud environment. You will handle user provisioning, roles, permissions, and environment administration while collaborating with business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on IFS administration experience, strong knowledge of application security and access management, and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IFS administration experience or equivalent
• Strong understanding of application security and access management
• Experience with IFS Cloud or recent IFS Applications versions
• Experience with IFS Solution Manager: monitoring, jobs, deployments, environment administration
• Excellent communication with business users and technical teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Administer IFS Cloud environments and provide ongoing administration and support
• Manage user provisioning, roles, permissions, and access reviews
• Configure and maintain security mappings and least-privilege principles
• Monitor system health and coordinate deployments, patches, and upgrades
• Support go-live activities, cutovers, hypercare, and post‑go-live stabilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Maintain runbooks and technical documentation
