Highlander Academy in New Jersey seeks a Support Staff/Special Class Aide to assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, supporting daily classroom activities and fostering an inclusive learning environment. Requirements include 60 college credits or an Associate’s degree, experience with special needs students, and PBIS experience is preferred.
