Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks an LBS1-qualified educator to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps in K-12 students requiring additional supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role (LBS1).
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models, strategies, and curricula to teach skills and nurture confidence.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies, including de‑escalation and safety measures.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs and related records.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school environment.
