Qualifications

• Missouri Special Education Teaching Certification preferred.
• Candidates working toward Missouri Special Education certification are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to obtain required state and district clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Support students with Autism and diverse learning and behavioral needs.
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, administrators, and related service providers.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies.
