Qualifications

• Certification in Special Education (NJ)

• Bachelor's degree in education and a degree in special education

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and diagnostic exams to identify learning issues.
• Participates in PPTs and develops IEPs for students.
• Implements IEPs and behavior plans with staff.
• Coordinates with outside agencies and authorities as needed.
• Acts as liaison between home and school for parental involvement.
