Responsibilities

• Perform instrumentation calibration, configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning of control loops, valves, and process control systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and instrumentation equipment, including motor controls, transformers, and analytical devices.
• Understand and work with circuit breakers, fuses, detectors, transducers, and transmitters.
• Perform grounding, bonding, heat tracing, and freeze protection tasks.
• Apply knowledge of gaskets, packing, bolts, hoses, and field mounting techniques for electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical codes, diagrams, P&ID’s, blueprints, and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Instrumentation/Controls/Electrical Associates Degree preferred.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, especially within regulated chemical sites.
• Proven skills in the I/E craft, demonstrated through recognized training or assessments.
