Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Washington state pharmacy technician certification.
• 2 years pharmacy technician experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to communicate verbally in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Accurate and aseptic IV admixture.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex and unique duties within the pharmacy department.
• Prepare, package and label medication accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver medications to CTU, infusion, or other clinic areas.
• Maintain electronic medical records and drug accountability.
• Conduct internal audits of IP dispensing records and resolve discrepancies.
• Order medications, manage inventory, and monitor expirations.
• Generate and present reports to Pharmacy Operations Manager.
