Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file IDS forms and ensure correct formatting per USPTO rules.
• Maintain IDS reference databases and tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with attorneys to verify citation accuracy and relevance.
• Assist with uploading IDS documents via USPTO portals (EFS-Web/Patent Center).
• Organize files and assist with general patent prosecution tasks.
• Adhere to confidentiality standards and internal timelines.
