Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking an experienced Snowflake and IDMC administrator to own access management, runtime environments, and integration workflows. You will deploy Secure Agents, configure connectors, and enforce RBAC/DAC across orgs while monitoring performance and costs.

The role requires hands-on IDMC/IICS administration, SQL proficiency, and strong collaboration with data engineering, security, and operations teams. A&M offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Snowflake (roles, grants, warehouses, RBAC/DAC).
• Hands-on IDMC/IICS administration across orgs, Secure Agents, connectors, schedules, asset migration, and monitoring.
• Exposure to integrations in modern data stacks (Databricks, Azure) is a plus.
• Snowflake security model, system and custom roles, privileges, ownership.
• Networking basics for Secure Agents, SAML/SCIM, and CI/CD for data assets.

Responsibilities

• Administer IDMC organization, access management, and provisioning.
• Manage Snowflake RBAC, roles, grants, and security.
• Deploy Secure Agents and manage runtime environments.
• Configure connectors and data connections (Snowflake, REST).
• Monitor tasks and incident response; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate CI/CD for data assets.
