Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy IDMC-based ETL solutions across QA and production environments. The role emphasizes strong SQL skills, data modeling, and adherence to ETL/ELT best practices.

The candidate will build mappings and task flows in Informatica Cloud Data Integration, document mappings, and collaborate across teams. Experience with SDLC/Agile and familiarity with SAP or Workday integrations is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Informatica, including IDMC.
• Strong ETL/ELT experience with Informatica and IDMC as primary tools.
• Solid SQL and database design knowledge.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy ETL/IDMC solutions across QA and production.
• Develop ETL mappings, tasks, schedules, and parameter files in IDMC.
• Ensure adherence to ETL/ELT best practices and maintain documentation.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance support.
• Handle tickets and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira and ServiceNow.
• Transition to support team and provide knowledge transfer.

• Familiarize with SDLC and Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery.
• Good to have experience in SAP and Workday integration
• Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to conduct root-cause analysis.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms to all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
• Demonstrate dedication to quality work with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
