Job summary

EMCOR Government Services seeks an experienced IDIQ Project Manager / ATIM to support facilities operations at the FDIC Headquarters in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC. The ATIM leads planning, estimating, coordination, execution, and closeout of reimbursable work orders, tenant improvements, alterations, and small construction projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of recent experience managing alterations and tenant improvements or similar projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, multiple trades, and project schedules.
• Experience with cost estimating, project planning, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage reimbursable work orders, tenant improvements, alterations, small construction projects, and mechanical infrastructure replacements.
• Conduct site walks and assessments to develop project scopes and requirements.
• Review drawings and specifications, develop scopes of work, bid packages, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Coordinate bidding, subcontractor proposals, and site walkthroughs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes and security procedures.
• Prepare project status reports and provide weekly updates.
• Coordinate with FDIC stakeholders to minimize disruption to operations and ensure successful delivery.
