Job summary

JCS Solutions in the United States seeks an IDIQ/GWAC Manager to own the management of IDIQs, GWACs, MACs, and BPAs and to drive disciplined task order management across the enterprise.

The role requires end-to-end lifecycle ownership, lifecycle governance, and cross-functional coordination with Business Development, Capture, Pricing, and Contracts to deliver compliant, timely proposals and contract actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• 8 years of progressive experience in federal government contracting, contract management, or contract vehicle management.
• Hands-on experience administering IDIQ, GWAC, MAC, and BPA vehicles.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and the federal lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating task order proposals with contracting officers.
• Proficiency with federal procurement tools and portals and Microsoft 365.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of IDIQ, GWAC, MAC, and BPA vehicles from award to closeout.
• Maintain a master repository of terms, ceilings, periods, rates, and modifications.
• Monitor ceilings, funding, and renewal windows; forecast capacity.
• Coordinate option exercises and required modifications with COs and partners.
• Support new vehicle capture with bids, certifications, and submissions.
• Identify, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of task order opportunities.
• Coordinate task order proposals across Pricing, Contracts, Solutioning, and Proposal teams.
• Analyze requirements and build compliant response outlines.
• Shepherd awarded task orders through transition to delivery with scope and funding clarity.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS and agency requirements; manage reporting.
