Job summary

RedMatter Solutions LLC seeks a programmer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience who aims to grow into an IAM engineering role focused on SailPoint IdentityIQ. You will support build pipelines, deployments, troubleshooting, and workflow automation in a enterprise IAM environment.

Hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site) and collaboration with security, help desk, HR, and application teams are expected. Strong Java/C#/Python skills plus a solid Linux/SQL foundation are preferred.

Qualifications

• .NET/Java/Python experience (3-5 years) with strong OO design.
• Familiarity with Linux and SQL, including basic administration and queries.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support and eventually own components of the IdentityIQ application stack (e.g., Java-based deployment on Tomcat).
• Troubleshoot identity provisioning, reconciliation issues, and workflow failures.
• Assist in building IAM workflows for onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and manager changes.
