Job summary

Mastercard Identity is seeking a Sales Engineer Specialist to support North America sales with technical know-how and product expertise. You will translate complex data science and ML concepts into compelling value propositions for customers and partners, while partnering with Sales, Product, and Security teams to design practical, scalable solutions.

You will deliver proofs of value, provide training, and create clear documentation, presentations, and demos. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Solid understanding of data science concepts and ML models.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to win deals in North America.
• Be the subject matter expert in Mastercard Identity products.
• Explain data features and probability-based decisioning.
• Provide training and enable onboarding.
• Attend conferences and webinars.
• Create documentation for prospects and internal use.
