Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Miami is seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Entra Identity & Access Management to design, implement, and support enterprise identity solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.

You will drive identity governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access programs, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure secure and compliant access in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, Identity Governance, and Identity Protection.
• Experience with Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and hybrid identity environments.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Kerberos.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity solutions.
• Configure and administer Conditional Access, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, SSO, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Implement Identity Governance capabilities, including Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, Access Packages, and Lifecycle Workflows.
• Integrate enterprise and SaaS applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Manage Microsoft Entra Connect, directory synchronization, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Automate IAM operations using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Monitor identity security posture, investigate access-related incidents, and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver secure identity solutions and provide technical guidance.

• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification

Preferred Experience

• Zero Trust architecture and cloud security.
• Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Identity, and Microsoft 365 security technologies.
• IAM automation and large-scale enterprise identity transformation projects.
