Job summary

KPMG LLP is hiring a Manager for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance in Advisory Technology. The role focuses on leading deployments, governance design, and collaboration with security teams and stakeholders to deliver trusted identity solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive IAM governance experience, cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), and strong communication skills to guide technical workstreams and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience, including two years with SailPoint ISC or Saviynt
• Experience implementing SailPoint ISC and/or Saviynt solutions including onboarding, lifecycle management, access requests and certifications
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, regulatory requirements, and cloud environments
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring team members

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint ISC and Saviynt implementations including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and onboarding
• Design identity governance solutions covering lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and workflows
• Lead technical delivery by troubleshooting complex issues and guiding onboarding activities
• Collaborate with owners, security teams, stakeholders, and leadership to gather requirements
• Develop governance standards, solution designs, and operational procedures
• Support AI-enabled identity governance capabilities and emerging technologies
