Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Security Senior Analyst - Identity Security Engineering to design and operate identity controls across human, privileged, and cloud identities. The role focuses on CyberArk Idira EPM and supports PAM/PSM, RBAC/ABAC, and governance.

You will collaborate with IAM, Identity Governance, Cloud Security, and IT teams to automate, monitor, and improve secure access while meeting 24x7 service requirements. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a support/ops or design/engineering role in access/security fields.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and operate CyberArk Idira EPM; policy design and application control.
• Support CyberArk PAM/PSM; manage privileged credentials and sessions.
• Translate requirements into RBAC/ABAC and time-bound access controls.
• Support identity governance processes: requests, approvals, provisioning, certification, revocation.
• Extend controls to workforce, privileged, service, and cloud identities; NHIs and agentic AI identities.
• Integrate CyberArk with ServiceNow, SailPoint, directories, CMDB, and cloud platforms.
• Automate discovery, entitlement analysis, telemetry, and audit evidence.
• Analyze telemetry and logs to detect misuse, gaps, or standing privilege.
• Develop testing plans, runbooks, and metrics; support incident investigations.
