Job summary

ID.me is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to lead the implementation process for customers adopting ID.me’s identity verification solutions. You will guide customers from kickoff through launch, working cross‑functionally to ensure long‑term success across government, healthcare, and large commercial accounts.

The role requires managing complex, high‑stakes implementations with multiple stakeholders across technical, legal, and executive functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of onboarding, implementation, or program/project management roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts with long implementation cycles and multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and ensure customers feel supported at every stage.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects with project plans, success criteria, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify risks and blockers early and drive resolutions to keep projects on track.
• Educate customers on ID.me’s platform, tools, and best practices for adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage onboarding lifecycle expectations.
• Document onboarding activities and contribute to ongoing improvement of onboarding frameworks.
