Qualifications

• 5+ years of proficient applied experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Java or other general-purpose programming languages.
• Experience with cloud-native development on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to work collaboratively across local and global teams.
• Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure authentication and authorization solutions for customer-facing channels and enterprise platforms.
• Modernize identity and access management systems, including authentication and authorization frameworks aligned to open standards.
• Evaluate and prototype internal and vendor solutions for user authentication, including anti-fraud and biometric capabilities.
• Integrate APIs and SDKs for authentication standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).
• Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality, business-valued outcomes.
• Drive quality and efficiency across the software development lifecycle through strong engineering practices and code standards.
• Contribute to technical direction by setting and modeling high standards for design, development, and testing.
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity while validating outputs via peer review and secure coding standards.
