Universal Music Group (UMG) seeks an Identity Operations Engineer to manage and improve hybrid identity, access, authentication, privileged-access, and identity-governance services. You will support Workday-driven processes, Saviynt/IGA, Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, MFA, PAM, and app integrations in a 24/7 Operations Center.
The role involves incident, request, change, problem, access-review tasks, and automation, with collaboration across Engineering, Cloud, ITSM, security, and regional
Competenze
- Minimum of five years directly related IAM experience.
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, and PAM.
- Experience with Saviynt or another IGA platform.
- Strong communication and incident/problem management skills.
Mansioni
- Apply least-privilege and identity-governance practices to protect information resources.
- Troubleshoot identities, access, authentication, and permissions issues.
- Support Workday-driven lifecycle processes and IGA workflows.
- Maintain ServiceNow CMDB relationships for identity services and applications.
