Universal Music Group is seeking an Identity Operations Engineer to manage and optimize hybrid identity, access, and governance services. You will support Workday-driven IAM workflows, Saviynt/IGA, and integration across AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and PAM solutions.

This role requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with experience in ServiceNow, auditing, and incident response. The position operates in a 24/7 follow-the-sun environment within a global team.

Competenze

• Solid IAM experience across AD/Entra ID and workforce identity.
• Experience with Workday-driven IAM processes and IGA workflows.

• Operate and improve hybrid identity, access, authentication, and governance services.
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and entitlement issues across systems.
• Maintain evidence, tickets, and change records in ServiceNow and IAM tooling.
