Guidehouse is seeking a Cyber Engineer - Identity Management Lead to guide ICAM architecture, maturity assessments, and the implementation of Zero Trust for federal government clients. You will lead design, assessment, and implementation efforts across enterprise identity programs.

The role requires 8+ years in IT, active Secret clearance, and hands-on experience with Okta, EntraID, SailPoint, and Radiant Logic, with ability to communicate with technical and executive stakeholders and drive

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT or large-scale deployments with cross-functional teams.
• Active and maintained SECRET federal DoD clearance.
• Experience leading ICAM/IAM operations (requirements, design, integration, testing).
• Hands-on experience with Zero Trust platforms such as Okta, EntraID, SailPoint, Radiant Logic.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain enterprise ICAM architectures, strategies and policies.
• Define strategic roadmaps and reference architectures aligned with mission needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed Zero Trust in modernization, cloud, and security initiatives.
• Perform maturity assessments using frameworks like CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model and provide remediation plans.
• Advise leadership with architecture direction and best practices in Zero Trust.
