• Eight+ years in IT or managing large deployments in federal/regulatory settings.
• Active Secret clearance and maintenance.
• Hands-on ICAM/IAM design, implementation, testing.
• Experience with Zero Trust platforms: Okta, EntraID, SailPoint, Radiant Logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICAM architecture design, strategy, and policy development.
• Perform maturity assessments using the CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model.
• Provide architectural leadership across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Guide government clients through secure, scalable identity transformations.
