Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft within the intelligence cycle.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking with leadership support.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an Identity Intelligence Analyst Lead to help oversee triage and evaluation all-source intelligence to support national watchlisting initiatives aimed at protecting the United States. The analyst will lead a team conducting targeted research and analysis, documenting information on known or suspected terrorists and preparing nominations that meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a team lead or similar role supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable operating within structured processes that result in high production output.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to maintain and enhance watchlisting records of individuals deemed to be threats to the United States;
  • Attending and actively supporting meetings with internal and external partners under the supervision of program and/or customer leadership;
  • Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;
  • Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;
  • Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps;
  • Providing oversight, guidance, and mentoring to a team of professionals supporting national watchlisting requirements

This is contingent upon contract award

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline;
  • Experience supporting national-level customers;
  • Experience working in the customer's operational environment;
  • Experience leveraging customer tools and databases to develop analytic products;
  • Experience in a team lead or similar role

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
