Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Analytic Lead to oversee a team using multi-INT data to develop identity intelligence for a national-level customer.

The lead will evaluate diverse datasets, produce specialized intelligence products and briefings for stakeholders, and mentor analysts in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience applying analytic methodologies within the intelligence cycle.
  • Experience using visual analysis tools for data-driven products.
  • Prior leadership of analytic teams in intelligence or law enforcement.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate and analyze disparate data and semi-structured reports to uncover patterns and actionable intelligence.
  • Develop and deliver all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and briefings.
  • Lead and mentor a team of all-source analysts to answer key intelligence questions.
  • Ensure all products meet customer and community standards.
  • Maintain quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer tools and close capability gaps.

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced Analytic Lead to provide oversight and guidance to a team using multi-INT data to develop comprehensive and accurate identity intelligence on behalf of a national-level customer. The lead analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized intelligence products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including internal and external partners as well as senior policymakers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt;
  • Developing, coordinating, incorporating feedback within, and delivering all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and/or briefings;
  • Leading and mentoring a team of all-source analysts and guiding the team to answer key intelligence questions;
  • Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;
  • Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;
  • Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
  • 10+ years of relevant experience;
  • Experience leveraging analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle;
  • Experience using visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products;
  • Prior experience leading analytic teams within the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities;
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues independently with minimal supervision

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting national-level customers;
  • Experience working in the customer’s operational environment;
  • Experience leveraging customer tools and databases to develop analytic products
Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
