Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to advance enterprise security through hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and mentorship. You will own endpoint and identity security initiatives, deploy EDR/XDR, integrate telemetry with SIEM, and drive automated detections across the defense-in-depth program.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen identity governance, authentication, and privileged access while leading threat hunting and AI-enabled security

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of hands-on enterprise security engineering focusing on endpoints and identity.
• Experience with EDR/XDR, SIEM, CNAPP, CSPM, and cloud security controls.
• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Certifications such as SSCP or Security+ preferred.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of endpoint security controls.
• Design and maintain identity security controls and IAM capabilities.
• Lead threat hunting, purple-team exercises, and automate detections.
• Develop AI-enabled SecOps, SOAR workflows, and automation impact metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and Engineering on cross-functional security initiatives.
