Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking an Identity & Directory Services Engineer to lead our enterprise identity architecture. You will design, build, and secure our AD and Entra ID environments, bridging on-premises and cloud identity.

You will guide the Identity Services MSS team and collaborate with Cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure reliable, secure identity services across the organization. You will balance hands-on engineering with technical leadership, driving automation, governance,

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise identity services and on-premises plus cloud identity platforms.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and related identity technologies.
Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, security, and operation of Identity Services for the organization.
Provide day-to-day technical leadership of the Identity Services MSS team.
Establish priorities and direct engineers supporting AD, Entra ID, authentication, and related technologies.
Ensure changes follow architecture, security, and change-management standards.
Serve as escalation point for identity-related issues and incidents.
Drive automation, monitoring, and standardization to improve service quality.
