Currently, we are actively seeking a skilled and drivenActive Directory and PKI Service Administratorwho will play a pivotal role in augmenting our team’s capabilities on-site in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be essential in maintaining and enhancing thesecurity, stability, and scalabilityof our enterprise identity and access management framework, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and securely.

In addition to IAM duties, this role serves as the Senior Infrastructure Administrator and Team Lead for the Infrastructure team. The team is responsible for management and security compliance of enterprise servers. This position does have supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, maintain, and support comprehensive enterprise Microsoft Active Directory (AD) environments to meet organizational needs and standards.
• Administer and optimizeGroup Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCPservices to facilitate efficient network functionality and resource management.
• Manage and support a robustPublic Key Infrastructure (PKI), which includes overseeing the issuance, validation, and lifecycle management of digital certificates across diverse hybrid environments.
• Enhance and secure identity infrastructures by developing and implementing effectiveauthentication, authorization, and access control policiesthat align with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related todomain services and directory integration, employing strategic problem-solving skills to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with IT security and infrastructure teams to strengthen enterprise identity management frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain effectivescripting, automation, and monitoringsolutions that improve operational efficiency and system responsiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence tosecurity and compliance requirements, safeguarding organizational data and maintaining trust with stakeholders.
• A minimum of7 years of related experienceis essential.
• ABachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related fieldis required.
• Anactive Secret Security Clearancemust be obtained upon hire.
• Candidates must qualify for access to classified information and may undergo a security investigation.
• Holding aDoD IAT Level III certification(such as CISSP, CCNP, CISA, CASP+) is a must.
• 3 years of experience as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer
• Proven expertise inActive Directory architecture and administrationis essential.
• Extensive experience withGPO design, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Enterprise PKIis required.
• A solid understanding ofauthentication protocols(like Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, etc.) is necessary.
• Experience with MFA solutions, Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Cloud Synchronization, Infrastructure as a Service, infrastructure provisioning, and on-premise to cloud migrations is required.
• Experience with CyberArk and SailPoint highly desired.
• Experience working inhybrid (on-premises and cloud) environmentsis preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are important.
• Preferred certificationsinclude Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or an equivalent qualification.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate’s specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $125,000 to $160,000 (annually).
