Quad, a global marketing experience company, is seeking an IT Identity Administrator to join our Global Infrastructure Services team in Sussex, Wisconsin. You will administer and support identity and access management services, including SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory and Entra ID, and related certificate and PKI services.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• IAM concepts, including user authentication and secure access control principles.
• AD/Entra ID basics: users, groups, and permissions; troubleshooting account lockouts.
• Scripting: read and understand scripts; ability to create new scripts is helpful.
• Communication & teamwork: clear communication, documentation, reliability, and willingness to learn and ask for help when needed.

Aufgaben

• Identity Governance, Access Management & PAM: Support IAM operations with SailPoint IdentityIQ and provisioning workflows.
• AD/Entra ID: Administer users and groups across domains; support Conditional Access and MFA.
• Identity Infrastructure: Maintain identity-related servers and domain controller infrastructure for reliability and security.
• DNS & External Domain Services: Manage DNS records and domain registrations; investigate name-resolution issues.
• Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts; support automation via Azure Pipelines.
• Certificate Administration: Manage SSL/TLS certificates and automation.
• Support and On-Call: Handle incidents and requests; participate in on-call rotation.
• Documentation and Collaboration: Maintain procedures and work with global teams.
