Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a cybersecurity/IT professional to manage incoming access requests and provisioning queues. You will perform privileged access creation, support AD provisioning, and handle escalations from L2 for complex requests.

The role includes on-call rotations, collaboration across multiple leads, and ongoing workload management. The ideal candidate has up to two years in cybersecurity or IT, with scripting in PowerShell or Python and basic cloud exposure.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry experience and certifications.
• Up to two years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, or in network or information technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Work incoming access requests and provisioning queues.
• Perform privileged access creation and account provisioning across systems.
• Support Active Directory provisioning and access management tasks.
• Handle escalations from L2 for complex or failed requests.
• Review and validate work from offshore support teams.
• Execute database-related access tasks as needed.
• Perform access hygiene and cleanup activities, including data analysis in spreadsheets.
• Create and execute change tasks to support provisioning and cleanup efforts.
• Manage and ensure completion of work within defined SLAs.
• Support vaulting and credential management using tools like CyberArk or HashiCorp.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical issues.
• Collaborate across leads and team members for workload and project work.
• Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot roadblocks, and escalate when needed.
