U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Access Management Specialist to support provisioning, credential management, and security controls. You will handle privileged access, review work from offshore teams, and respond to incidents within defined SLAs.

Qualifications include a college degree or equivalent experience and up to two years in cybersecurity or IT. The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week, with benefits and a path for growth within IT security.

Competenze

• College degree or equivalent industry experience and certifications.
• Up to two years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, or in network or information technology environments.

Mansioni

• Work incoming access requests and provisioning queues.
• Perform privileged access creation and account provisioning across systems.
• Support Active Directory provisioning and access management tasks.
• Handle escalations from L2 for complex or failed requests.
• Review and validate work completed by offshore support teams.
• Execute database-related access tasks where there is current team need.
• Perform access hygiene and cleanup activities (including data analysis in spreadsheets).
• Create and execute change tasks to support provisioning and cleanup efforts.
• Manage and ensure completion of work within defined SLAs.
• Support vaulting and credential management using tools like CyberArk or HashiCorp.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond quickly to critical issues.
• Collaborate across multiple leads and team members for workload and project work.
• Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot roadblocks, and elevate when needed.
