UMC Health System is seeking an Identity & Access Management Specialist to safeguard access to systems, applications, and sensitive areas. You will manage user accounts, work with business units to minimize access risks, and contribute to compliance efforts under the ISO.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years IT experience, and Security+ within 12 months of hire. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for collaboration with HR and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of IT concepts and applications experience.
• Security+ certification required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel and facility security clearance information.
• Manage access control applications (physical and logical).
• Conduct Security Profile Assessments to ensure appropriate clearance levels.
• Interface with HR, physical security, and other directors to determine access needs.
• Monitor and maintain security systems and data integrity.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis for urgent issues.
