Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking an Identity Access Management Engineer to join the IAM team in Clearwater. You will design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions for enterprise systems, handling authentication, access control, and provisioning across environments.

The role supports BayCare's security posture by configuring IAM infrastructure, collaborating with analysts and engineers, and participating in risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• JavaScript experience is required.
• Preferred - PowerShell, NodeJS and MS SQL, APIs.
• Preferred - Linux Operating System.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and maintains IAM solutions for enterprise systems.
• Responsible for technical configuration, deployment, and support of IAM infrastructure.
• Collaborates with analysts and senior engineers to develop secure architectures, automate provisioning, and respond to IAM security incidents.
• Participates in risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives.

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shift: 1 (Days)

Position Summary

Designs, implements, and maintains IAM solutions for enterprise systems. Responsible for technical configuration, deployment, and support of IAM infrastructure, including identity management, authentication, and access control systems.
