Job summary

BayCare is seeking an IAM professional to design, implement and maintain enterprise IAM solutions across systems. You will configure authentication and access control, automate provisioning, and work with analysts to build secure architectures. The role requires strong IAM experience and collaboration with security teams.

Preferred skills include PowerShell, NodeJS, MS SQL, APIs, and Linux. This full-time hybrid position is based in the BayCare Health System office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 years of IAM or information security experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT-related discipline and 3 years in IT.
• JavaScript experience is required.
• PowerShell, NodeJS, MS SQL, APIs preferred.
• Linux operating system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions for enterprise systems.
• Configure, deploy, and support IAM infrastructure including identity management, authentication and access control.

Position Summary

Designs, implements, and maintains IAM solutions for enterprise systems. Responsible for technical configuration, deployment, and support of IAM infrastructure, including identity management, authentication, and access control systems. Collaborates with analysts and senior engineers to develop secure architectures, automate provisioning, and respond to IAM security incidents. Participates in risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives. Requires strong technical skills and experience with IAM technologies.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 years of experience in Identity Access Management or Information Security OR
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related discipline and 3 years of experience in the Information Technology field OR
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
• JavaScript experience is required
• Preferred -PowerShell,NodeJS andMS SQL, APIs
• Preferred - Linux Operating System
