Job summary

AECOM is looking for an Identity Engineer in Washington, D.C. to ensure security and compliance within federal projects. **The Work:**

This role has the responsibility of adhering to the security and privacy requirements within AFS security trainings and within relevant Accenture Information and Security Policy and Procedures such as AFS-0090 Policy on Privacy and Personal Information andAFS-0056 System Security policies. Identity Engineer will be responsible for setting up ADDS (Active Directory Domain Service) and group policies and will need to troubleshoot access issues with federated accounts. You will need to have demonstrated experience in the ability to communicate with multiple teams via phone calls, screensharing and emails. Candidate should be able to setup, configure, design the following roles/services:

+ Windows PowerShell scripting and automation for various windows roles and features

+ Active Directory Domain Services/Trusts/Group policy

+ Windows Certificate services/PKI

+ MFA technologies

+ Knowledge of FSMO Roles and functions

+ RBAC design and principles

+ Building, configuring domain controllers utilizing best practices

**Here’s what you need:**

+ 5+ years hands on experience working in an Enterprise environment with Active Directory

+ 3+ years with hands on engineering in AWS environments

+ Hands on experience integrating, deploying, and configuring IAM Technologies (SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, Okta etc.)

+ Hands on experience gathering business requirements from respective clients

+ Experience leading teams

**Bonus Points if youhave:**

+ Experienced in the acquisition, design, sizing, deployment, installation, maintenance,operatingand usage of the Government Enterprise networks

+ Familiarity with the NIST800, FedRAMP,Risk Management Framework, Security Controls, and the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) operating standards and applicable guidelines

+ Preferably an AWS Solutions Architect Certification.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of **California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia** . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. $98,500—$184,900 USD
