Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst for AI training, focusing on secure identity design and risk awareness. This fully remote contract role partners with leading AI labs to develop smarter models with robust access controls.

You will analyze IAM and SSO scenarios, classify permissions, review zero-trust designs, and generate security data used to train frontier AI systems. Strong communication and independent work are essential.

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training)

Identity failures are at the root of most modern enterprise breaches — and the AI systems of tomorrow need to understand exactly how and why they happen. We're looking for experienced IAM professionals to work with Alignerr, partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to help build smarter, more security-aware AI models.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your deep knowledge of identity systems, access control, and enterprise security in a high-impact, fully remote contract role.

What You'll Do

• Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and exploitable paths
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation vectors, and identity-related failures
• Review zero-trust architectures and evaluate access design decisions for soundness
• Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate frontier AI systems
• Provide structured expert feedback that directly shapes how AI reasons about enterprise security risk

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
• Able to identify how identity failures occur and how attackers leverage them
• Clear and structured written communicator
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect protocols
• Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or security architecture
• Prior experience with AI training or data annotation projects
