Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training)

Identity is at the core of most modern security failures — and the AI systems of tomorrow need to understand exactly how and why. We’re looking for experienced IAM professionals to work alongside world-leading AI research teams, bringing real-world expertise to scenarios that matter. You’ll analyze realistic identity and access management situations, helping ensure AI systems learn how IAM risk actually emerges, propagates, and gets exploited in enterprise environments. Your knowledge directly shapes the security reasoning of cutting-edge AI models.

  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
  • Location: Remote
What You’ll Do
  • Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and attack paths
  • Classify permission issues, privilege escalation vectors, and identity-related failures
  • Review zero-trust models and access design decisions for correctness and risk exposure
  • Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems
  • Provide structured, expert feedback on how AI reasons about enterprise identity risk
Who You Are

  • Clear written communicator who can explain complex security concepts concisely
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in an async, remote setting
Nice to Have
  • Experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar enterprise identity tools
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, or zero‑trust architecture
